Artwork Requirement:

Artwork MUST be in following formats, otherwise art fees may apply at $40 per hour min. $15.

• Vector file .EPS, .AI or .CDR

• All colors must be in spot colors (Pantone Solid Coated).

• Photo Shop bitmap 300 DPI in black & white only.

• Artwork must be actual imprint size (we will NOT resize the artwork).

• Imprint location meassurments must be on your order.(we don’t go by picture or mockup)

• Artwork must be in composite files (not separate file for each color).

• Artwork must be on single layer. (No layers)

• Fonts must be converted to outline or curves.

• For white color use 100% Pantone Trans. white.

• All artwork files will not be kept (will be deleted). You will send us a new files every time you place an order.

Imprint Area:

• Standard imprint area is maximum 12” wide x 12“ high.

• Over Size printing maximum 14” wide x 18” high (extra charge)

Misprint Allowance:

When printing on customer supplied garments, we require a 2% misprint allowance (4% on colors) a minimum of

one extra of each style garment and each size is recommended.

Production Turnaround Times:

Turnaround time starts from the time the file and apparel are ready and all job information is complete. If a job has revised

files, apparel is not ready or we need more information then the job will be placed on hold, till is completed then the

turnaround time starts. Our cutoff time is 10:00 AM for the day.

Standard Production Time:

- 5-7 business days

- DTF Pickup 12:00 - 5:00 pm

- For orders more than quantity of 500, please call us for current production time.
