FAQ
What format should my electronic files be in?
We can open files created in Corel Draw 12 or earlier (convert fonts to curves), Adobe Illustrator CS or
earlier (create outlines for fonts), or Adobe Photoshop CS or earlier. Bitmap images should be at least
300 dpi and preferably saved either as TIFF or PSD files. Please refer to our “Submit Artwork” page
for more information.
Can Printex Design create a design for me?
Our designers can work with you to create a design. Artwork and typesetting services are billed at
$50/hour.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Printex Design. Free delivery is available on orders over
$150. All other orders will be shipped to you via UPS shipping and handling charges may apply.
How can I submit a graphic file to be printed?
You can E-mail your artwork to artwork@printexdesign.com.
We ask that you please compress your file with a compression utility such as WinZip® or Stuffit®
prior to uploading the file. The upload file size is limited to 8M. If you need to send a file larger than 8M
you can mail it to us on a CD or DVD.
